If your athlete is new to Central ISD or has never participated in athletics, please go to our Central ISD Rank One page for detailed instructions on setting up your Rank One account.
If your athlete has not gotten their physical this year, please print out the UIL Physical Form here, fill out page one, and take to a medical professional to complete. All athletes MUST have a physical on file in order to participate in any sport at Central ISD.
