2016 - 2017 Online Registration

Registration Information

 

Welcome to Central ISD!

 

Central ISD will begin using Skyward Family Access to allow parents/guardians to register their current CISD students online.  This option will be available beginning August 8, 2016 through September 4, 2016. Requirements needed to register online are as follows:

 

 

  • Each student being registered must be a returning student.
  • A computer with internet access (if you don't have access to a computer, CISD will allow you to complete your students online registration in our campus libraries.)
  • A Skyward Family Access account which includes a login/password.  (Login/passwords can be obtained by completing the "Family Access Enrollment Form" below and returning it to your child's campus.)
  • A valid email address for the parent/guardian completing the process. (Steps on creating a email below)

 

 

Students new to Central ISD schools will be required to initially register their child at the appropriate campus.  Please complete the required documents and forms below.  Once the campus has received and approved all documents, you will receive a Family Access account.  You will then complete your child's registration by following the "Guide to Online Registration" below.  (Important:  Your child will not be registered until you have completed online registration through Family Access.)

 

Required Documents

 

Please bring the following items to registration:

  • Proof of Residence:

    • Current lease agreement

    • Current utility bill OR

    • Current tax statement indicating Homestead Exemption

  • Parent/Guardian Photo Identification

  • Birth Certificate

  • Student's Social Security Card

  • Immunization Records

  • Previous School's Withdrawal Form

  • Recent Unofficial Transcript or Report Card and Standardized Test results

  • Pre-K registration will need proof of income
