Welcome
to our school district website! We are excited about this
school year! On behalf of our leadership team, we want to
thank you for allowing us the opportunity to serve the Central
community by developing positive relationships and providing
quality education. Please realize we will give our very best
to help your child be successful. As the leader of our district
team, I wanted you to know my coaching philosophy when dealing
with our youth. During the past sixteen years, I have personally
been blessed to serve in three successful school districts
as a school bus driver, teacher and coach, assistant principal,
principal, and superintendent. It is my desire to provide
an environment for young people to be encouraged and successful.
The most important focus for our team this school
year will be demonstrating positive behavior, giving our best
effort, having a positive attitude, and making learning fun.
I feel that if we can encourage and support our schools in
reaching higher standards we will have an outstanding year.
We want school to be an exciting and enjoyable learning opportunity
where your child can acquire new skills, make new friends,
and develop healthy habits. I hope that as you read this message
you will find my beliefs and expectations provide a positive
approach to learning and life.
Coaching Beliefs
 I
believe that every person has great value and worth and
has been created with a plan and purpose for their life
which should be free from negative criticism and treatment.-
I believe that kids gain confidence and a love for learning
through positive feedback from parents, teachers, and
peers.

believe it is important that all our young people have
positive interaction with adults which results in healthy
relationships.

I believe in trying to make learning as fun and entertaining
for the kids as possible, while providing quality teaching
and learning experiences everyday.

believe teamwork and developing friendships is an important
part of a successful school culture.

believe effort and attitude play a crucial role in developing
the tools and skills essential for learning. I feel my
role and the role of the parents is to help young
people develop healthy learning habits built on character,
accountability, responsibility, and excellence.
